JOB DESCRIPTION

Create technical training programs for organizational needs. Make training agendas and schedules for the classroom. Determine the course's objectives and course content Create training materials, such as worksheets and presentations. Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other activities in teams or alone. When necessary, arrange for and carry out on-site training. Observe and assess the outcomes of training initiatives. Using knowledge and experience gained through time, develop training scenarios that apply to real-world situations. Analyze program effectiveness overall and make adjustments. #

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS

Have expertise in an object-oriented programming language. Technical trainer with a performance record Have updated knowledge of the latest versions of Java, Python, PHP, Matlab, DotNet, or R. Have expertise in technologies such as Servlets, JDBC, Web application development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, HTML, Javascript, ReactJS, JQuery, CSS, Python Frameworks, etc. The ideal candidate should be familiar with OOPS, JSON, Jquery, and JavaScript and have experience working with Python-based online apps. Experience in desktop and web application development. Knowledge of teaching methods.
