Job Description

As a Technical Trainer at Altis Industries, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the technical and professional skills of employees. You will ensure that new joiners and existing employees receive the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effectively and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training schedules, agendas, and plans aligned with company objectives.

Conduct induction sessions for all new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Prepare engaging and effective training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and schedules.

Deliver technical and functional training sessions for employees across departments.

Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure timely execution of training programs.

Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

Manage training calendars, track attendance, and maintain all training-related MIS reports.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent organizational and planning abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of technical concepts in mechanical engineering

Experience:

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and presentation skills are welcome.

Prior experience in training and development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
