About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Trainer with 2-3 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android technologies, software development, and a passion for helping others learn and grow in their technical careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training sessions (classroom, virtual, or blended). Create learning materials such as manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments. Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to update training content as per the latest technology trends. Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements. Support onboarding and upskilling programs for employees or clients. Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in training methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar instructional role. Proficiency in [mention relevant technologies e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Networking, Data Science, etc.]. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills:

Certification in instructional design, training, or relevant technologies. Experience in developing online courses or video-based learning content.
