JOB DESCRIPTION The trainers will be responsible for leading online training batches on Full-Stack attended by students from diverse backgrounds. The trainers are to follow curriculum guidelines which we have synthesized keeping in mind a unique model where students learn from live sessions as well as self-paced content. Our objective by the end of the program is to upskill the learners & gets them to be job ready. JOB ROLE Train students on Full Stack and help them become job-ready developers. Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids). Continuous research and update the training module/ curriculum. Ensure the quality and consistency of course content. Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System. Solve learner questions and doubts during the entire program duration. Assess students progress and provide feedback when needed. Provide conceptual, ideation and technical guidance on building capstone projects, assignments. Evaluate projects and assignments. SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills. Strong technical command and work experience with MERN stack and the JavaScript based full-stack ecosystem. Strong technical competence on Fundamentals of computer programming, Linux, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, React.JS, Node.JS, Express Framework, MongoDB Working with Babel, Webpack and other module bundlers/toolchains. EXPERIENCE 4-5 years experience in Full Stack Development. 1-2 years’ experience in training on Full Stack module. Well versed with online mode of training
