Job Description

Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

This includes creating lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises, and potentially e-learning modules.

Assess Training Needs:

Identifying skill gaps and determining the most effective training methods to address them.

Create Engaging Learning Materials:

Developing clear and concise training materials, such as manuals, videos, and online resources.

Conduct Training Sessions:

Leading workshops, seminars, and virtual sessions to educate individuals or groups on specific technologies.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness:

Assessing the impact of training through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Stay Up-to-Date:

Continuously learning about new technologies and trends to ensure training materials are relevant and accurate.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

Working with HR, IT departments, and subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals.

Manage Training Programs:

This may include scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring the program runs smoothly.
