Job Responsibility: 1)Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule.
2)Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all trainees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
3) Complete responsibility of trainees from First day till transfer to other departments 4) Generate training links, evaluate assignments, conduct training, deliver training, approve or reject leaves, allocate Topics, define their area, maintain learning repository, make rules.
5) Coordinate with Trainers as well as trainees. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,268.92 per month Benefits:
