Role Focus

Inteliment Technology is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL, ETL, dashboarding, and Data visualization tools like PBI / Tableau., and possess excellent communication and instructional skills. This role will involve developing and delivering engaging training programs to our Associates, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize these technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development:

Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum for SQL, ETL, dashboarding, and Data visualization tools like PBI / Tableau., aligning with industry standards and client-specific requirements.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional methods (e.g., lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises).

Assessment and Evaluation:

Develop and administer assessments to measure participant learning and provide feedback on Associates performance.

Content Updates:

Stay current with the latest advancements in SQL, ETL, dashboarding, and Data visualization tools like PBI / Tableau. technologies, and update training materials accordingly.

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance to trainees during and after training sessions.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-8 years of technical training experience, preferably in SQL, ETL, dashboarding, and Data visualization tools like PBI / Tableau.

Strong understanding of SQL, ETL, dashboarding, and Data visualization tools like PBI / Tableau. concepts, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cater to diverse audiences.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using instructional technologies and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
