Hiring- Technical Trainer - Mechanical/Civil

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Develop Training Materials: Create and customize manuals, presentations, and e-learning content based on training needs.

2. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging in-person, virtual, or hands-on sessions for various audiences.

3. Evaluate Training Impact: Assess knowledge retention, gather feedback, and improve training materials. Gather and evaluate user feedback.

4. Stay Updated: On the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.

Min requirements:

1. Bachelor in Engineering, or Master's degree holder, any experience is appreciated but not mandated.

2. Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).

3. Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)

4. Conduct Student Development program in the areas of technologies such as AutoCAD, Bentley, ProE, Ansys, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or Similar.

5. Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (MATLAB, etc.). Inventor, Fusion 360, Solid works, catia V5.

6. Excellent communication skills for peer-to-peer and peer-to-leadership communication

Ability to learn new languages and technologies and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,778.71 per month
