Position: Technical Trainer (RTTS) Report to: Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Technical Manager
Technical Trainer (RTTS) Job Responsibilities:
Technical training programs according to organizational requirements hardware & software both. Produce training schedules and classroom agenda, Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. Technical Trainer (RTTS) Job Duties:
- Conduct Classroom training offline/Online training & On the job training.
- Technical support to field team for Mobile, TV & AIoT via phone/mail/WhatsApp Group.
- Technical validation for abnormal calls to avoid unwanted part consumption.
- Prepare and analyse RTTS technical monthly report
- Sample collection for quality related issues for quality improvement.
- Monitoring top issues reported and raising issues to Quality Team
- Weekly Test and Certification drive for service centers
- Technical call tracking and drive with the field team which is pending for technical issues.
- Analyse CPC and RRR and taken necessary action to control
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Deep expertise in Mobile/TV/Ecosystem & Laptop
- Hardware & software Technical Knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience. Up to 10 years
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Analysing RRR & CPC calls and addressing the route cause and making an action plan to reduce.
- Should have managed training using online and offline
- Preferred industries: Handset, consumer Durable, Telecom
Qualification - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Communication. Experience - 5 to 10+ years Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Deep expertise in Mobile/TV/Ecosystem & Laptop Hardware & Software Technical Knowledge in this industries Proven experience as a technical trainer, Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects, Ability to address training needs with complete courses

Travel \xe2\x80\x93 Should be flexible (Field Job, Service centers & customer Place visits)
