The Faculty member is responsible for the effective coordination, planning, delivery, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related academic activities at the center. This role includes classroom teaching, instructional counseling, academic advising, and participation in in-house and college-level workshops and presentations, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Commence lectures as per the scheduled time after marking student attendance.
Conduct lectures in accordance with approved log sheets and ensure timely completion of all modules.
Maintain discipline, student conduct, and effective classroom administration.
Assign daily tasks and ensure students complete journals and project work within stipulated timelines.
Prepare and submit student progress reports at defined intervals.
Maintain the laboratory register on a daily basis.
Deliver training across all assigned course modules.
Train and mentor Junior Faculty on advanced modules to support their skill upgradation.
Plan and conduct internal assessments and examinations.
Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) on a daily and monthly basis.
Manage batch scheduling and track student progress.
Motivate and guide students for course upgrades and international certification programs.
Organize and conduct Teacher-Parent Meetings as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and equipment.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
Strong knowledge of Networking concepts including Routing, Switching, VPNs, and Server Installation
System Administration experience on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 8, and Linux
Expertise in Windows Active Directory, MS Exchange Server (2007/2010/2013/2016)
Windows Networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Firewall devices (Cisco RV Series, Sophos, etc.)
Knowledge of Switching, Routing, and NAS devices
Additional Advantage:
CCNA certification
Knowledge of Ethical Hacking, AWS Cloud, or IoT
