Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Technical Trainer

with expertise in

Computer Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), and Linux Administration

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs for students or working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth technical training sessions on: Computer hardware and troubleshooting Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routing, switching) Operating Systems (Windows & Linux installation, configuration, and management) Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, user management, file systems, permissions, etc. Prepare training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments Customize content to suit the skill level of the trainees Provide post-training support and resolve learner queries Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with current industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in technical training or IT support/system administration Strong knowledge of: Computer hardware components and troubleshooting TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls Windows and Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) Basic Linux commands, shell scripting, and system services Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners

Preferred Certifications (optional but a plus):

CompTIA A+ / Network+ Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
