Create content on CAD (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) and manufacturing processes
Promote
lean tools
(5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban) on the shop floor
Coordinate with SMEs & leadership for training calendars and effectiveness reviews
Work on knowledge management and continuous process improvement
Strong exposure to hands-on training, technical content creation, and employee development
Familiarity with HRD, NSDC schemes, and performance-linked training
Strong knowledge on
CNC, VMC, TPP, Bending & Pressing machines setting and programming
Good exposure on
safety guidelines, ISO & AS
standards, machine safety, guards, fire safety, emergency preparedness plan
Perform training sessions? webinars? workshops etc. in groups or individually
Perform and conduct on-site training based on industry needs
Interact with external auditor related to training and development program
Prepare
employee skill matrix
and update periodically
Training effectiveness evaluation
and assessment, make improvements plans
Technical Trainer requirements:
Qualification:
BE / Any technical graduation with 7 years' experience of working on a Technical Trainer position
Significant experience in machine programme designing technical course content
Excellent knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
