Job position: Technical Trainer ( Immediate joiners preferred)
Preferred Location : Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram ,Mayiladuthurai ,Tuticorin , Ramanathapuram Experience: 1 - 3 years Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Create and implement the curriculum for Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net) for the job-readiness of College students. \xc2\xb7 Refine the curriculum based on feedback. \xc2\xb7 Effective use of instructional strategies and formative and summative assessments to improve learning outcomes of students. \xc2\xb7 To prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans and activities to ensure timely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in the project. \xc2\xb7 Training the students and empowering them to apply and feel confident in using their learned skills. \xc2\xb7 Reach out and partner with other organizations, corporates, and groups to identify/create job opportunities for students. \xc2\xb7 Provide periodic reports to the management on the progress and outcomes. \xc2\xb7 To participate in the capacity-building programs as per the project design. \xc2\xb7 Taking care of Bhumi processes like MIS, LMS and others. Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: \xc2\xb7 Graduation in any stream and certification and 2-3 years of working experience in Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React) Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net). \xc2\xb7 Strong technical aptitude in their field of expertise. \xc2\xb7 At Least 2-3 years of experience in training the youth in their career and tech development. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Expert in at least 3 of the skills out of Java, Python, Web design in HTML, CSS & JAVASCRIPT (React) Js), C/C++, Dot Net (.Net). \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and expert in Tamil and able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. \xc2\xb7 Curriculum creation, delivery, and classroom management skills for handling students specially from college \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and with all levels of staff, volunteers, communities, other organizations, and corporates. \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about, commit to, and educate others on program mission and goals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
