Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

IT Technical Trainer

to design and deliver high-quality training programs in IT infrastructure and system administration. The trainer will equip learners with the practical skills to install, configure, manage, and maintain IT systems, aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on technical training on

Windows/Linux Server Administration, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

. Develop and maintain

course materials, lab exercises, and assessments

. Conduct

practical sessions and real-world simulations

to enhance learner competency. Stay updated on evolving IT infrastructure technologies and integrate them into training content. Evaluate learner performance and provide technical mentorship and feedback. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2-3 years of experience

in technical training or mentoring. Minimum

5 years of experience

in IT infrastructure/system administration. Strong knowledge of

Windows/Linux systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud concepts

. Excellent

presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills

.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) VMware Certified Professional (VCP) AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Cloud+
