THE ROLE
As a
Technical Frontend Trainer
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on modern web development using the Javascript, React.js, Node.js. You will help learners build a strong foundation in full stack development by guiding them through hands-on projects, real-world scenarios, and best practices in coding, deployment, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong and passionate about teaching and mentoring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops on
Frontend
technologies.
Develop structured course materials, assignments, and projects to facilitate learning.
Guide students on industry best practices, debugging techniques, and problem-solving.
Provide mentorship and support for student projects and coding assignments.
Keep up with the latest trends in
Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and related technologies
and update training content accordingly.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to help students improve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong proficiency in Bootstrap, Javascript, React.js, and Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Vercel, etc.).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting tech workshops is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in technical content writing or course development.
Knowledge of AI-driven coding tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot.
Exposure to mobile development using React Native is a plus.
