Prepare training schedules and agendas.
Give Induction to new Joiners.
Prepare training materials(presentation, worksheets, schedules, etc).
Give training to all new joiners.
Grievance Handling
Coordinate with trainer for training to be conducted on time.
Update all MIS Tracker.
Plan general training for employees
Training need analysis
Raise training as per need
Planning for training
Management and Technical interaction
Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements.
Evaluate employees and identifies areas needing improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.40 - ₹20,000.48 per month
