Job Description

Qualification & Eligibility:

Diploma in Civil, ITI in civil, Diploma in Building construction. Certified Active Trainers by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) Certified Inactive Trainers by NSDC (with expired registration but relevant experience) TI Teachers - currently employed or retired Experienced Industry Professionals with hands-on practical work experience in their respective trades such as Masonry, Carpentry, Bar Bending, etc.

/ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct skill training sessions as per prescribed curriculum and standards. Design and develop training content, lesson plans, and practical modules relevant to the trade. Coordinate with stakeholders including training partners, assessment agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs. Maintain and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for training delivery, documentation, and reporting. Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance norms during training activities. Support in organizing assessments, industry visits, and placement coordination as required.
