Technical Trainer
Job Description
Responsibilities A trainer\'s role involves designing and delivering training courses on Java Technologies, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Node.js, assessing and evaluating learner progress, identifying learner needs, staying up-to-date with industry developments, collaborating with other trainers, providing technical support, and evaluating training effectiveness. This requires creating engaging training materials, conducting needs assessments, attending industry events, providing mentorship, troubleshooting technical issues, and gathering feedback from learners to improve training programs. Qualifications
- Trainers require a bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- They must have a strong technical background in Java Technologies, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Node.js, experience in software development and programming, and knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Trainers should possess teaching skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners.
