Project: Establishment of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) in Schools across Uttar Pradesh.

Role Type: Project-Based

Salary Range: 18000 CTC

About the Role:

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing establishing ATL 2.0 labs in assigned

schools, technical training, hands-on demonstrations, and capacity-building support for teachers

and students under the ATL 2.0 project.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct ATL training sessions for teachers and students.

? Deliver workshops on 3D printing, robotics, IoT, coding, AI, and related tools.

? Build teachers' technical and pedagogical capacity for student mentoring.

? Support teachers in project-based learning and design thinking implementation.

? Provide technical assistance during lab setup, installation, and equipment handling.

? Demonstrate safe and correct usage of ATL tools, kits, and equipment.

? Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth ATL lab operations.

? Maintain documentation, reports, attendance, and training data.

? Coordinate with schools, principals, teachers, and project stakeholders.

? Support field coordinators and participate in review meetings and planning sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

? B.Tech degree in related field.

? Minimum 3+ years of experience in related field.

? Skills in Robotics, Electronics, and Microcontroller programming, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors,

and related tools.

? Understanding of ATL equipment usage.

? Ability to deliver technical training and troubleshoot equipment effectively.

Skill Requirements

Knowledge of ATL components. Ability to conduct practical demonstrations. Problem-solving. Documentation, report writing, and computer skills.
