A trainer has an important role to play in making the training programs effective.
He / She must take the onus on the overall development and employability of the students.
Conducting regular classes on the assigned technologies.
Conducting Mock interviews for the students periodically.
Imparting company-specific training and gearing the students towards placements.
Collaborates with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training strategies.
