experienced Java/Python Trainer

who can train college students and corporate learners with strong conceptual clarity and real-time coding skills.

The

most important requirement

is the ability to

solve LeetCode-level coding problems live during sessions

and guide students through optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training sessions on

Core Java

,

Advanced Java

,

Python

, and related frameworks. Teach

DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms)

with hands-on coding. Solve

LeetCode-style problems live

and explain logic clearly. Prepare assignments, coding exercises, and assessments. Support learners with doubt-solving and project guidance. Maintain strong engagement and ensure learner progress.

Required Skills

? Strong proficiency in

Java and/or Python

? Deep understanding of

OOP, DSA, Multithreading, File Handling, APIs, SQL/NoSQL

? Ability to solve

Medium & Hard LeetCode problems

? Prior training/teaching experience (college/corporate preferred)
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners

Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (preferred but not mandatory) Proven experience as a trainer or software developer LeetCode profile or coding platform link (HackerRank, CodeChef, etc.) is a strong advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
