Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Post-sales Implementation:
- Oversee the seamless implementation of the Codevidhya curriculum in partner schools.
- Coordinate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding and effective adoption of our educational programs.

2. Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with school personnel to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to enhance satisfaction.

3. Account Handling:
- Solely manage and nurture assigned school accounts, monitoring progress and curriculum utilization.
- Address challenges or issues that arise, identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and additional support.

4. Training and Support:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for teachers, students, and school staff on the Codevidhya curriculum.
- Provide ongoing support to address technical or operational queries, ensuring a smooth implementation process.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Gather feedback from schools, monitor progress, and generate regular reports on curriculum effectiveness and impact.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous enhancement.

6. Documentation:
- Maintain detailed task sheets and call records on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer education or a diploma in computer science.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple school accounts simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges and find effective solutions.
- Familiarity with educational technology, curriculum implementation, and teaching methodologies is a plus.
