Technical Textile Manager - Fire & Safety Workwear

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical textile solutions for fire and safety workwear Handle fabric sourcing, testing, and quality control Ensure compliance with safety standards (NFPA, EN, ISO) Work closely with design and production teams for functional execution Optimize fabric performance, durability, and cost efficiency Troubleshoot fabric-related and production issues

Mandatory Requirements

Degree in Textile Engineering or related field

Proven experience in technical textiles (MANDATORY)

Experience in fire safety / protective workwear manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
