Technical Tender Engineer

Job Summary:

The Technical Tender Engineer is responsible for identifying relevant tenders, interpreting product requirements, preparing BOMs, and ensuring complete technical & commercial fulfilment of tender enquiries related to regular, known, and product-based categories. This role focuses on

, ensuring accurate technical compliance and on-time submission.

Experience:

1 to2 Years with relevant experience into

Sales/Electronics Sales

profile for Electronics/ Mechanical or Engineering Products & Components.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/B. E/ B. Tech -Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication, Mechanical, IT.

CTC & Salary Range:

Rs. 3,61,788/- to Rs. 4,23,228/- per annum; (In-Hand: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Search & Identification

Search and track tenders using relevant keywords (Robu's Categories) for products the company deals in. Filter out tenders based on technical feasibility and product categories.

2.Technical Evaluation & BOM Creation

Review tender specifications and documents to determine exact technical requirements. Prepare accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) from tender specifications. Perform compatibility checks between offered items and tender requirements.

3.Tender Fulfilment & Coordination

Coordinate with sourcing, purchase, and tender team for pricing and documentation. Ensure the offered solution is fully compliant with technical specs. Support tender submission team by providing technical write-ups & product details. Follow up until order completion & delivery.

4. Customer/Buyer Communication

Handle technical enquiries related to product-based tenders. Provide technical clarifications and product justification to government buyers if required.

Job Benefits:
