Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Team Lead

with strong expertise in

Web Development

and the

Microsoft technology stack

(.NET, .NET Core, Azure). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

+ Lead and manage a team of developers working on web-based applications.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
+ Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Application Development

+ Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

ASP.NET

,

.NET Core

, and

Azure services

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Project Management

+ Drive projects through the

Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC)

+ Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Collaboration & Communication

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
