Role Overview

Alphanext Technology Solutions is seeking a results-driven Talent Sourcer specializing in technology hiring for PAN India operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in top consulting firms (e.g., Adecco, Collabera, Kelly Services, etc.) and a proven track record of aggressive and targeted resume submissions for core technical positions. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and submitting the best talent for critical technology roles across India.

Key Responsibilities

o Source and submit qualified technology candidates for various positions as per client requirements across India.

Utilize advanced Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks for proactive talent mining. Screen applications, assess resumes, and ensure an aggressive and high-volume submission process. Interact with candidates and client stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future technology needs. Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely candidate feedback.

Desired Profile & Skills

o At least 2 years of experience in core technology recruitment at leading consulting firms (Adecco, Collabera, Kelly Services, or similar organizations).

Demonstrated success in high-volume and time-sensitive resume submissions to client requirements. Proficient with sourcing tools, social media, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant technical field preferred. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
