Open Shift
What you will be doing:
Provide effective technical assistance regarding emails, chat, and occasional inbound calls in accordance with departmental SLAs and to the agreed quality standards .
Maintain communications to Customers and Candidates throughout the investigation and resolution of technical issues.
Assist SHL Technology teams in the testing of online products.
Maintain integrated customers and suppliers and know the different technologies that exist.

Essential:
Customer Service
Organisational and time management
Microsoft Office
Written and Communication Skills
Desirable:
Business level English language
Open to work in rotational shifts
Customer Relationship Management Experience
