We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support Team. You will act as a bridge between our users and internal tech teams, providing timely, structured, and effective support across all platforms and shift windows.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support via Zoho Desk, email, WhatsApp, and phone
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to understand and resolve real-time queries
Accurately log, categorize, and escalate tickets as per defined SOPs
Ensure timely closure of raised issues and follow up proactively with stakeholders
Maintain thorough documentation and support logs for every ticket handled
Support backend team by collecting, verifying, and communicating client requirements and gaps
Tools & Platforms:
Zoho Desk (Ticketing Platform)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Jira or other task tracking tools
Required skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any technical discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or product coordination role
Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking
Good written and verbal communication
Strong coordination skills to work with multiple teams simultaneously
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools or system changes
Understanding of SOPs, escalation matrices, and compliance handling
Working knowledge or background in the transport or logistics industry will be considered a strong advantage
