- Identify and target potential clients to expand the company\'s customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tally Software.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the development team to address complex technical problems.
- Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in providing technical support to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Tally Software and Services is a plus
