As ResMed South Asia after sales team we believe to provide the best in class after sales experience to the users. we are experts in solving the customer's issues. As our extended arms we have our service dealers all over the South Asia region who deliver the same quality of repairs which we promise to the customers. We make sure there is no compromise with the Global SOP's and the best practices derived by ResMed Global.

We are thrilled to use new technology which include data management through cloud computing which create a wide difference between ResMed and the others. Also, we are committed to invest in R&D to exceed on our customer's expectations.

About the Role :-

  • Planning and developing service strategies to the region to meet the company's service objective.
  • Ensuring response time, first time fix rate, PM compliance are achieved as per desired levels and user training is happening on periodic basis.
  • Creating and executing service strategy on "customer first"and "company first" principles to create a win-win.
  • Should be able to implement audit program for the service distributors and work on the findings to fill the gaps in after sales service delivery.
  • Manage and deliver a high-quality customer experience from the service/repair perspective.
  • Provide real time feedback on Quality issues to assist respective team on improving customer experience and product reliability opportunities.
  • Should be able to create After-sales dashboard for the region which include first time fix(FTF), turnaround time(TAT), revenue pipeline ,distributors service score ,spares forecast, training needed, safety stock Etc.
About you :-
  • Qualification: - B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 6-8 Years' experience of servicing Medical devices.
  • High level of customer service orientation required--a desire to help or serve others, to identify, meet and exceed their needs and expectations.
  • Continually evaluate training needs and opportunities to best support consumer repairs within the service center.
  • Take initiative to think outside the box and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure effective cost management of the Service Department (Labour, Spare Parts, Assets, etc.)
