. The candidate will support clients, troubleshoot process issues, coordinate with production, and ensure smooth technical operations of our products.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical assistance to clients related to
polymer materials, machinery, or processing issues
Troubleshoot problems related to moulding, extrusion, or material performance
Assist customers during
trial runs, testing, and production setup
2. Customer Interaction
Attend customer queries (call/email/visit)
Provide product guidance, dosage recommendations, and technical clarifications
Conduct basic training for clients on product usage
3. Internal Coordination
Support the production team with technical inputs
Coordinate with QC for product testing and quality improvements
Prepare daily service reports and escalate issues where required

Ability to travel for customer support when required
