Job Title: Tech Support Sales Executive
About Role: Perform troubleshooting by inbound calls related to printers, router, windows, extender, macOS for our USA & Canadian customers.
Requirements:
2 - 5 yrs technical Support/ technician experience
*Must have experience in taking technical international calls
*Hands on remote access tools e.g.. any desk, TeamViewer, Ultra viewer
Night Shift 9pm-6am
Only Work from office
Sat & Sun off
