If you have a background in international technical support and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Handle Customer Interactions: Manage a high volume of technical support inquiries, with the majority of interactions conducted via live chat (70%) and the remainder via voice calls (30%).- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the client's products and services (e.g., smart home devices, security systems, or internet services).- Provide Solutions: Offer accurate, step-by-step instructions and solutions to customers to help them set up, troubleshoot, or resolve faults with their equipment.- Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of all customer interactions, technical details, and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system.- Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and process guidelines set by the client and Transcom.- Customer Experience: Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing a professional, empathetic, and efficient support experience across both chat and voice channels.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in either:- International Voice Process (any domain)- Technical Support Voice Process- Education: Any Undergraduate or Graduate degree can apply.- Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely in written chat.- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical concepts, troubleshooting methods, and familiarity with technical support tools is preferred.- Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.Benefits & Work Details:- Compensation: Attractive take-home salary of - 26,000 to - 27,000 per month.- Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Weekly Offs.
