Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Technical Support & Onboarding Executive

who can assist customers from

product demo to onboarding

, resolve

technical queries

, and ensure a smooth setup experience.

This role bridges

technical expertise and customer success

-- ideal for someone who understands both technology and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

live demos

of Aiwati's WhatsApp API panel and features to new clients Assist customers in

account setup, API configuration, and onboarding

Troubleshoot

technical issues

related to API, campaigns, and integrations Coordinate with the

technical team

for bug reporting and escalation Guide clients on

product use cases

,

automation

, and

best practices

Collaborate with the

sales team

during presales discussions to explain technical feasibility Maintain

CRM records

, follow-ups, and track onboarding progress Deliver an excellent

customer experience

from demo to activation

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in

technical support, onboarding, or presales

for SaaS / CPaaS / WhatsApp API / CRM products Basic knowledge of

APIs

,

webhooks

, and

SaaS platforms

Excellent communication in

Hindi & English

Strong

problem-solving skills

and customer-first attitude Familiar with

CRM or support tools

(Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.) Ability to handle client calls, demos, and technical walkthroughs independently

Own laptop and reliable internet connection

(mandatory for remote work)

Salary & Perks:



?15,000 - ?22,000 per month

(based on experience)
