Product Delivery Manager Travel Technology (Remote)

Full time, India

As a member of the Technical Product Support team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new product features. You will work on a cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Engineering, Customers, and Operations. We are looking for a person who loves complex problems with real-world impact, is capable and willing to roll up their sleeves, and is excited about digging into challenging technical aspects of product dependency and support activities.

As a Technical Support Manager, you will

• Take the initiative to understand business logic, identify data imperfections, create dashboard metrics, and drive product improvements
• Use your knowledge of our products to suggest improvements to product requirements based on customer issues and data metrics
• Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Troubleshoot issues prior to the release of a product and provide information/awareness of any shortfalls should release be required before these are available
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on cases received from the 1st level Support teams
• Escalate to the technology provider(s) using appropriate ticket-tracking tools

About you

• Experience in the travel industry is a significant plus
• Proven technical product support or software engineering experience (ideally a mix)
• Passionate about solving customer and business problems
• Technically oriented with strong attention to detail. You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter-dependencies
• Experience in system integrations with 3-rd parties is a must
• Ability to work on JIRA tickets and use Postman to work with APIs
• Understanding of Cloud Watch, Splunk, or Kibana to answer research questions
• Experience building large-scale web services using AWS technologies
• Knowledge of different data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, data visualization platforms, and Cloud technologies is a plus
