Our team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, who can demonstrate their deep technical knowledge, loves solving real-world business problems and dedication to innovative thinking to ensure the programs align well with leadership\xe2\x80\x99s plans and aggressive timelines.
You will work across the Product and Technical organizations, cross-functional teams and be a part of reshaping how our customers leverage loyalty features from beginning to end. This person will be accountable for driving the delivery of business solutions that improve business processes, surface measurable insights, and support executive decision-making along with a strong desire to grow as a thought leader in technology stack

Requirements:

6+ years of program/project management within a technology environment, with a dynamic record of successful delivery of complex software systems or services
Prior experience as a scrum manager or agile product owner
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in a technology focused business degree or related technical field or equivalent related professional experience
Business/Process Analyst experience a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • You have 6+ years of program management experience in an eCommerce project with exposure to core platform and API development. Exposure to Loyalty domain is desirable
Program management expertise with communication, schedule, scope, and risk management
Experience in managing multiple large software programs with cross dependent teams
Accomplished practitioner of Agile methodologies beyond simply running agile ceremonies, should understand how to use agile practices to best support the technology teams
Very good at multi-tasking, innovating, self-directed and a great team mate to work with
Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of technology and domain choices & identify what truly matters; problem solving, and risk recognition and mitigation skills is a must
Effective written and verbal communication with multiple levels of business, partners, and technical leadership
Comprehensive understanding of software development processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment) is critical in this role
  • You will have the opportunity to lead high priority projects across the platform and organization that help deliver innovative loyalty solutions effectively, efficiently and contribute in expanding global customer base, ease partner onboarding/integrations and eventually improve customer stickiness with our brands. Shall be working closely with Product Management, Program, and cross functional technology teams to manage and deliver complex projects.
In an agile environment, drive the entire project lifecycle: requirements definition and specifications, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and production support with Brand, supplier, and end customer usability in mind
Synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, to meet bold timelines
Write user stories, clarifying requirements and coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features
Clarify, prioritize, and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear lines of accountability
Break down work into logical and functional groupings, to enable the team to deliver early and often
Prepare and own project plans, handle timelines and cross team coordination efficiently
Address bottlenecks, provide issue management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to improve business benefit
Effectively handle expectations and resolve concerns to balance customer, business, and technology platform goals
