About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join our Bengaluru team as

Technical Support & Live Streaming Executives

. This is a hands-on, entry-level role offering exposure to computer hardware, networking, IT support, and live streaming technologies. You will work closely with senior engineers, event teams, and clients to support seamless execution of virtual, hybrid, and on-ground events.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and interested in building a career in the events and media technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in desktop/laptop setup, OS installation, formatting, and basic system troubleshooting. Support hardware and networking tasks such as LAN/WAN setup, IP configuration, and cabling. Assist in live streaming and virtual/hybrid event setups, including pre-event checks and live execution under guidance. Handle and maintain streaming and AV equipment such as cameras, encoders, switchers, and microphones. Provide on-site and remote technical support during events and office operations. Support basic web-related tasks like embedding live streams and understanding hosting/DNS concepts. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth technical delivery during events. Maintain basic technical documentation, checklists, and equipment readiness.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Education:

Any graduate with basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking (IT / Engineering background preferred).

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, or event technology roles. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts. Willingness to learn live streaming platforms and event technologies. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Willingness to travel and work night shifts as per event requirements. Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
