Job Description

Network Monitoring & Diagnostics



Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, CCTV, WIRELESS, P2P P2MP, OFC, VPN, and Indoor wireless connectivity.

Hardware Maintenance:

Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot physical and virtual devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Incident & Escalation Management



Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

Perform deep-dive analysis on recurring network failures to implement permanent fixes rather than temporary "band-aids."

Support:

support for

LAN/WAN, VLANs, and VPNs

while managing

Indoor/Outdoor Wireless (P2P/P2MP)

,

CCTV systems

, and

Optical Fiber (OFC)

infrastructure through troubleshooting, splicing, and root cause analysis.

On-Call Support:

Provide 24/7 emergency response for critical network "down" situations to ensure business continuity.

Documentation & Training



Topology Mapping:

Maintain accurate diagrams of the network architecture.

Knowledge Base:

Draft professional emails and

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to streamline technical workflows and provide clear guidance for end-users and junior staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
