Shifts - 24/7 support, Rotational (Day shift and Night Shift, 6days Working)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support for Manage Engine Applications Manager, handling basic customer inquiries.
Perform basic troubleshooting steps, guided by knowledge base articles or senior engineers.
Escalate more complex problems to the next senior Engineer.
Log all customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
Actively participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) concepts and methodologies.
Working knowledge of infrastructure components: servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Databases systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc),CCNA
Certification on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, MCSA, MCSE Etc) - Mandatory
Basic knowledge in UNIX commands and Windows commands.
Optional: Familiarity with Manage Engine Applications Manager interface and basic functionalities.
