Youll play a vital part in onboarding new clients, enabling them to use our platform effectively, and helping ensure their long-term success.While the title says technical support, this is a blended role that includes customer enablement, customer success, and customer support. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and confident in guiding others through both simple and complex platform usage.The role will be onsite for the first few months for onboarding and training.
