A purpose driven role for you

To work as a technical support for manufacturing of parts .Should understand design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design requirements. Should also supports in giving feedback of part design on manufacturing feasibility at initial design stage.

Fuel tank, Frame and swing arm welding Hands on MIG,TIG,Robo welding, Spot welding, seam welding Manufacturing of sheet metal parts and tubular parts and its process setting Soft tool, inspection & Assembly fixture design knowledge and its correction Documentation of daily work and machine utilisation Feedback on manufacturability Ability to handle sheet metal machine such as Hydraulic press, Press brake and Shearing Machines in Safe manner Knowledge welding process and Sheet metal laser cutting.
