We are looking for a dedicated
Technical Support Executive
to provide technical assistance and support to customers. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, handling service requests, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via
phone calls, emails, CRM tickets, and on-site visits
(if required)
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products/equipment
Guide customers on proper usage, installation, and maintenance
Coordinate with the service and engineering team for complex issues
Maintain accurate records of complaints, solutions, and service reports in CRM
Perform routine checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines during field work
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
