PROFILE SUMMARY



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our broadcasting systems and providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES



? Resolve technical issues related to the hardware& software of broadcasting equipment

? Responsible for collaborating with the support team to troubleshoot technical problems

? Provide timely and effective solutions to hardware, software, and network issues

? Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to address complex technical challenges

? Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software

? Implement system upgrades and patches to enhance performance and security

? Provide training and guidance to clients and staff on using broadcasting equipment

? Communicate with vendors and service providers to escalate and resolve technical queries

SKILLS REQUIRED



? Experience in technical support or similar roles, in the broadcasting or media industry

? Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues

? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer queries

? Effective communication skills

? Basic Knowledge of MS-office Software

? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

? Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours to provide exceptional customer support

ELIGIBILITY



? 0-1 years of Experience

? B.Tech/BCA/Diploma in IT Field

WORKING HOURS



? 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
