Roles /Responsibilities:

. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products or services.
2. Monitoring service / traffic regularly for better performance.
3. Provide support to internal / external customers while adhering to the set SLA parameters.
4. Facilitate calls with customers to explain / resolve / address the issues related to the technical support team.
5. Perform initial troubleshooting, do analysis, test service flow to resolve customer's concern.
6. Collaborate and coordinate with backend teams to identify / resolve customer issues.
7. Responding to customers through various communication channels Emails, calls etc.
8. Share periodic updates and report to management.
9. Maintain regular trackers and publish reports to all stakeholders everyday.
10. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality, customer-focused support.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting software and networking problems.
3. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
4. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
5. Understanding and experience in Postman API, post/get methods or other tools is a plus.
6. Preferred Qualification: BTech, BCA, MCA, must be from IT industry.
