Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely.
Maintain logs and documentation of all support cases.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Field Support:
Visit client sites for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Provide hands-on technical assistance at customer locations.
Ensure all on-site equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Deliver product demos or basic training when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in technical/customer support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, hardware troubleshooting.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel locally for on-site support.
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred for field visits).
