Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Technical support, assistance, troubleshooting for Desktop computers, Laptops, Printers,

and other software & hardware.

Knowledge in identifying and troubleshooting basic hardware and software problems and

resolving them

Installing software, Batches and windows Update and Desktops and Laptop VIA
manage Engine Desktop.

Computer Assembling and maintenance. Ability to Installing and configuring the peripherals, printers, components, and drivers. Ability to Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of various operating systems of
Windows family including system and application software.

Troubleshooting system failure issues. Very well knowledge in Outlook and MS office. Regular data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files). knowledge on how to Configure DNS and DHCP. Migrate MS Office to a different PC Experience in networking / IP Configuration / LAN / WIFI Routers configuration. Good experience in Virtual Conferencing software's such as GoToMeeting, Zoom,
MS Teams.

Knowledge of Internet / websites with ability to get applications / solutions from the
internet and executing them to resolve user issues.
