We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join us as
Software Support Specialist
. You will work directly with clients to resolve technical queries, assist with product functionality, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and helpdesk tickets.
Troubleshoot software issues, coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Assist in data migration, system configuration, and live product training.
Maintain thorough knowledge of supported SaaS products and their updates.
Provide timely and accurate support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a
technical support role
.
Mandatory:
Prior exposure to a
SaaS environment
and familiarity with
helpdesk ticketing systems
(Zendesk preferred).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel; accounting/audit knowledge is a plus.
High energy, initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
