About the Role:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Technical Support Representatives

who are eager to start their career in the IT support industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Log, track, and document customer issues and resolutions using ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams when required. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and product usage. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and empathetic approach. Stay updated with company products, services, and support policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field (fresh graduate). Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn..

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Familiarity with ticketing tools like

Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, or Jira

. Knowledge of MS Office and basic troubleshooting of Windows/Mac systems. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
