to join our support team. The candidate will assist customers in resolving technical issues, provide product guidance, and ensure smooth functioning of IT/software solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and a keen interest in technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot issues related to document management software applications.
Log, track, and manage customer issues using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications or systems.
Prepare and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support knowledge base.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication with customers regarding issue status and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to OEMs with proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, databases (SQL/MySQL), and networking concepts.
Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Office 365.
Understanding of ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python).
Internship or project experience in IT support or software implementation.
