Role Description

We are looking for an Support Executive (Attendance, Access Control, Web based Software, HRMS & CCTV). The candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers in a timely and professional manner, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions..

Technical Skills:-

Networking

Database: SQL

Basics of API (Optional)

Hardware & Maintenance certification (Optional)

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the security and automation industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Training:- Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with biometric systems, including fingerprint scanners, facial recognition devices, and iris scanners.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Diagnose hardware and software problems related to biometric devices, CCTV Cameras and other products and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and setup of biometric systems, including software installation and device calibration.

Salary Structure :- 2 Lakhs- 4 Lakhs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,677.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
